The tracks and all kit pieces have to be counted and packed.  That means that if every order was just a 100ft kit....it would be 1200 hand counted and packed and shipped. However, to put it in perspective...most orders are not just 100ft kits.  Many are multiple kits....so it is safe to say that number can be double and more realistically tripled, as some orders are 4 kits and even one with 7. 

After an "all hands on deck" long weekend adding staff and processes....All pro and pro150 orders through 9/15 have shipped and many non pro orders as well. This marks very solid headway on my promise to supply all possible orders with inventory in time for Halloween and the holiday season by the end of the week/ weekend. 

I would like to apologize that I cannot be more available right now. The overwhelming demand and sudden time crunch for packing and shipping, with the freight delay, hiring people, sourcing for the future and the literally 30+ calls a day for installs, is a much larger load than I was prepared for staff wise. 

I am doing my best to handle it all and supply the product in as timely manner as possible for you and your family. 

One of the "growing pains," as mentioned in the previous post is "packing quality" with the puck mount covers and more people involved in the process.  I understand a few have arrived, packed in haste, that were either broken, or off counted. This has been remedied with better packing material and process and of course we will get you replacements as soon as possible at no charge for any one experiencing that issue on their shipment. I halted shipping the light mount covers until the upgraded packing material was put in place and am shipping them free of charge as fast as they are available. For now you can get started with your install and you will see those soon if you fall in that timeline. 

Pease know I continue daily, putting forth the maximum effort, including 3am-10am packing myself, before even starting my day today for example.

***As far as availability for new Pre-Orders:

We will have more answers to this likely at the end of the month. If we are unable to fulfill anyone's current order placed prior to the start of Pre-Orders....Of course, you will be entitled to a refund, or discounted offer on the next available inventory. 

I know many of you have emailed....I literally have hundreds of emails backed up.  My number one priority is fulfilling all orders as fast as possible and it will likely be after this week before I will be able to get to them. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved by then, if not we can address it then.
