First of all, thank you so much for your order and your patience.

Please rest assured that your order is in process and accounted for in relation to our available inventory. For those who have received their order, the feedback has been nothing short very high praise for how their install has gone and how the finished product looks.

What does "in process mean?"

As I developed and marketed this great solution to help make Govee Outdoor installation truly permanent and professional, I have missed the mark on enough staffing to account for such a large demand all at one time. While the inventory is available...it is taking us a little time to get all the kits packed and shipped with all the parts together. The "catch up efforts" are moving along steadily, orders have began shipping day and night. I am working incessantly to remedy the issue and get caught up. Your order is accounted for and will be shipping soon. More recent orders shouldn't have to wait as long as the "catch up" process streamlines.

My number one goal and confident promise to you is:

All current customers have their order in time to prepare for the many celebrations/ holidays and personal use cases that the 4th quarter of the year brings about.....aka certainly first half of this month. - Jakob

I would like to apologize for not meeting the processing estimation, as I did not properly account for the amount of time processing would take once my inventory arrived. I understand that prompt arrival of your order is key to planning your install and preparing for the season and years to come. Your order has made it possible for my family and I to take the necessary action to remedy this issue moving forward.

However, this first round of large demand, in such a short time, has to go through some "growing pains." I would like to personally thank you for your patience and purchase of my solution that can bring you and your family years of satisfaction and longevity to your Govee lighting install.

Based on customer feedback all over the country, distributor requests, and my own extensive install experience...there is no better solution on the market. Your purchase has made it possible for us to continue improving, expanding and grow, "rising to the occasion" of the demand. Ultimately, to be the #1 industry leader in our space.
